Who I am
Your Local Mural is a sole-trader mural studio based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. You can reach me any time at hello@yourlocalmural.com.
What I collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site I collect the name, email address and message you provide. I also receive standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for spam and abuse prevention.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your mural project.
- To send you a confirmation email so you know it arrived.
- To prevent spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions.
Who I share it with
I don't sell or rent your information. Your details are stored in my secure backend and delivered through a transactional email provider so I can reply to you. That's it.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept while your project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so I can refer back to our conversation. You can ask me to delete your data at any time by emailing the address above.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask me to access, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just send an email and I'll action it within a reasonable time.
